2019-01-14

The Office of Chief Archivist of Lithuania in order to clarify the attractiveness, quality and extent of the services provided by the state archives, prepared a survey.

Survey questions include both public and administrative services, therefore this survey can be completed by participants of educational activities, visitors of exhibitions, persons who search for documents and information in state archives and institutions which document management is supervised by state archives.

Completing the survey does not take much time. However, your opinion will help the state archives to assess its strengths and weaknesses, to better understand the needs of users and to improve customer service.

Survey on paper can be completed in any state archive. You can also complete the survey online by clicking here.
